Something temporarily or permanently constructed, built, or placed; and constructed of natural or manufactured parts including, but not limited to, a building, shed, cabin, porch, bridge, walkway, stair steps, sign, landing, platform, dock, rack, fence, telecommunication device, antennae, fish cleaning table, satellite dish/mount, or well head.

for Rock Creek Bog.  The structure will allow water to be backed up in the fall to help drown out some of the evasive weeds and woody materials and improve the overall habitat for the Bog turtles.  The team also had to replace the old culvert under the road with a larger culver to handle the release of the water come spring when they open it back up.  Plans now are to leave the control structure open for regular flow and then to close it this fall after the turtles have gone into hibernation for the season.
