Final Comprehensive Conservation Plans Released for Sacramento, Delevan, Colusa and Sutter National Wildlife Refuges
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced today that it has completed the Final Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) for the Sacramento, Delevan, Colusa, and Sutter National Wildlife Refuges (Refuges) and is making the plan and its accompanying Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) available to the public.
