It ain’t easy getting feed to Chattahoochee Forest NFH

Maintenance Worker Jamey Mull dealt with an interesting event on the last fish food delivery to Chattahoochee Forest National Fish Hatchery.  The driver of the truck backed off the road trying to get up a hill and got his trailer stuck.  A wrecker was called to pull the trailer back up on the road.  To do this, the wrecker service attached a pulley to a tree on the opposite side of the road to use to leverage the trailer up.  Unfortunately, with all the rain the past week, the wrecker pulled the tree over on the trailer crushing it.  The next day, the wrecker service showed back up with a flat bed and the feed was unloaded by hand and re-stacked on pallets to move it to the hatchery, where Maintenance Worker Mull was awaiting them to unload them and slide them into the feed room.
