Niva Tagging Gopher Frog

After completing training, Niva Hoffman, a volunteer at Edenton NFH, tags a Gopher Frog. These frogs are listed as an endangered species by the state of NC. This frog was part of a headstart program that includes the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission and Edenton NFH. The tag will help us determine the age of this frog if it is recaptured in Croatan National Forest.
